Martha Rose has been working in the construction industry since 1972. Her experience includes 10 years of custom and production carpentry work, 4 years as a City of Seattle building inspector, and 10 years as a project manager for other developers. Since 1996 she has been building and developing her own sites. Her interest in alternative energy and conservation goes back to 1974.
Robert Dobson’s career began in 1977. His spent 18 years specializing in all phases of commercial and residential concrete construction, then joined Martha Rose Construction as the on-site project manager. His expertise includes storm water design, advanced framing, waterproofing details, and energy efficient building practices. His broad working knowledge of our industry enables us to provide new homes with superior quality.
