Ever since Martha Rose, president of Martha Rose Construction, moved to Shoreline she has been singing the phrases of what local residents have known for years.

Martha mentions “it’s a very unique city-suburb” with close links to Seattle. I choose Shoreline to build my latest community, Fish Singer Place, because of its connectivity to schools, restaurants, parks, restaurants and public transportation.
